Month 1 of P90X is complete! Even though the scales haven’t really moved much, my measurements show progress and I feel stronger and have increased my weights from where I started in week 1. The changes in my measurements:
Chest -1/2 in
Waist - 1 1/4 in :-)
hips -1/2 in
My thigh and bicep measurements have gone up 1/2 in. and that is okay with me, building muscle. I have read that women see more change the last 45 days of the 90 days so I need to stay motivated and keep pushing play. Off to do the first workout of month 2, Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I’ll post more in 30 days!!!
